The pan-European CHARM project was launched approximately 24 months ago around the same time with the world-wide pandemic and the whole world closed down. This posed many challenges to the project launch and related communications, even though efficient online meeting practices were quickly introduced. On 18-19 May 2022, CHARM consortium partners were finally able to meet face-to-face in a meeting hosted by Sandvik in Vantaa, Finland. Almost 30 participants were able to join the meeting onsite and over 100 participated online. The meeting gave an excellent opportunity for the CHARM partners to comprehensively focus on the 24-month journey of the project so far, discuss the project topics, its progress and challenges, and network with each other face-to-face.
